These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application with App Store ID 6781652548 ("Application"), operated by FINANZAS MINERA VICTORIA SL ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Application
The Application is a financial utility tool designed to provide general financial information, a PDF scanning feature, and promotional offers from selected third-party partners. The PDF scanner uses the ChatGPT API (OpenAI) to process document content in real time; we do not store scanned data on our servers. The Application does not provide banking, lending, investment, or payment services on its own.
3. Acceptance and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.
4. No Personal Data Collection
The Application does not require user registration and does not collect personal data from users. Any interaction with partner services takes place outside the Application and is subject to the partner's own terms and privacy policies.
5. Informational Purpose Only
Content displayed in the Application is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, nor does it constitute an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to purchase any financial product or service.
6. Partner Offers and Third-Party Services
The Application may display or link to financial products and services offered by independent third-party partners. We act solely as a promotional intermediary and are not a party to any agreement you may enter into with a partner.
We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, terms, pricing, approval, or quality of any partner product or service. Your use of partner services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the partner's applicable terms and conditions.

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Application are owned by or licensed to FINANZAS MINERA VICTORIA SL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Application without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Application's operation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with partner services
- Use automated systems to access the Application in an unauthorized manner
10. Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any partner offer at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any unavailability, interruption, or changes to the Application or linked partner services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Al descargar, acceder o utilizar la Aplicación, usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos.

2. Descripción de la Aplicación
La Aplicación es una herramienta financiera de utilidad diseñada para ofrecer información financiera general, una función de escaneo de PDF y ofertas promocionales de socios externos seleccionados. El escáner PDF utiliza la API de ChatGPT (OpenAI) para procesar el contenido de los documentos en tiempo real; no almacenamos los datos escaneados en nuestros servidores. La Aplicación no presta por sí misma servicios bancarios, de crédito, de inversión ni de pago.
3. Aceptación y elegibilidad
Debe tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para celebrar acuerdos vinculantes en su jurisdicción. Si no está de acuerdo con estos Términos, no debe utilizar la Aplicación.
4. Sin recopilación de datos personales
La Aplicación no requiere registro de usuario y no recopila datos personales de los usuarios. Cualquier interacción con los servicios de los socios tiene lugar fuera de la Aplicación y está sujeta a los propios términos y políticas de privacidad del socio correspondiente.
5. Finalidad meramente informativa
El contenido mostrado en la Aplicación se proporciona únicamente con fines informativos generales. No constituye asesoramiento financiero, jurídico, fiscal o de inversión, ni constituye una oferta, recomendación o solicitud para adquirir ningún producto o servicio financiero.
6. Ofertas de socios y servicios de terceros
La Aplicación puede mostrar o enlazar productos y servicios financieros ofrecidos por socios externos independientes. Actuamos únicamente como intermediario promocional y no somos parte de ningún acuerdo que usted pueda celebrar con un socio.
No controlamos, respaldamos ni garantizamos la disponibilidad, condiciones, precios, aprobación o calidad de ningún producto o servicio de un socio. El uso de los servicios de los socios es enteramente bajo su propia responsabilidad y sujeto a sus términos y condiciones aplicables.

8. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido, diseño, marcas, logotipos y materiales de la Aplicación son propiedad de o están licenciados a FINANZAS MINERA VICTORIA SL y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable en materia de propiedad intelectual. No puede copiar, modificar, distribuir ni explotar ninguna parte de la Aplicación sin consentimiento previo por escrito.
9. Uso prohibido
Usted se compromete a no:
- Utilizar la Aplicación con fines ilícitos, fraudulentos o engañosos
- Intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o interferir en el funcionamiento de la Aplicación
- Falsificar su identidad o afiliación al interactuar con los servicios de los socios
- Utilizar sistemas automatizados para acceder a la Aplicación de forma no autorizada
10. Disponibilidad y modificaciones
Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar la Aplicación o cualquier oferta de socios en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. No seremos responsables de la indisponibilidad, interrupción o cambios en la Aplicación o en los servicios enlazados de los socios.
11. Exclusión de garantías
La Aplicación se proporciona «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, excluimos todas las garantías, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin determinado y no infracción.
12. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la legislación aplicable, FINANZAS MINERA VICTORIA SL no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuenciales o punitivos derivados del uso de la Aplicación o de cualquier servicio de un socio, incluida la pérdida de beneficios, datos u oportunidades de negocio.
13. Cambios en estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. La versión revisada se publicará en esta página con la fecha actualizada. El uso continuado de la Aplicación tras los cambios implica la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
14. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa derivada de o relacionada con estos Términos o la Aplicación se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Lorca, España, salvo que las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor dispongan otra cosa.
